He is a graduate of Missouri State University and started his financial services career with a leading insurance carrier in 1991. After 12 years with a major insurance company, Don entered the insurance brokerage market to ensure he always had access to the best financial products to benefit his clients and their particular needs.

Raised in Wardsville, a small town just outside of Jefferson City, Missouri, Don was brought up with the values of integrity and hard work. Because of his small town upbringing, he especially enjoys working with clients in rural communities. Don resides in the greater Kansas City area with his family.
